Career Choice and Orientation

Young people who want to go   often need orientation about their   choice and professional career guidance.

This topic is important for you as a counsellor to be able to:

1. determine if your client wants to have a   education,   or   abroad and the reasons behind his/her decision
2. ascertain that your client has a   career choice and orientation (reasons or motives and choice of country your client would like to go)
3. identify the  , interests and   of your client
4. develop a set of (international) career   for your client if there is no clear career choice and orientation
5. enable your client to put these options in a   order
6. formulate   Targets and support the decision making process
7. finally help your client to   these targets and inform him/her about appropriate   research and   techniques
