In the Opening phase, which depends strongly on your client´s  , you have to make sure that he/she has a clear   of what he/she has to do regarding his/her legal issues. It is important hereby to help your client with the   matters regarding the aspect of the legal requirements abroad.

If everything is   and your client does know what to do regarding the legal issues, then you can move on with the process of matching.

If your client does not know how to proceed in the field of legal issues then you have to go into   analysis. The Situation Analysis is necessary to find out what has to be done regarding the topic of Legal Issues.
