In the Opening phase, which depends strongly on the   of your client, you have to make sure that your client has a clear   of what he/she has to do regarding his/her recognition of certificates in the field of vocational education, study or job. It is important hereby to help your client with the   matters.

If everything is   and your client does know what to do regarding the recognition of his/her certificate, then you can proceed with Matching.

If your client does not know what to do regarding the recognition of his/her certificate(s) then you have to proceed with the phase of   analysis. This phase will allow you to offer a description and   of the procedure of recognition of certificates.
